The road to Luxembourg

In November, with the G.I.D.E. Association team, I take part in EXPOGAST — the Culinary World Cup.

From 21 to 25 November 2026, Luxembourg hosts EXPOGAST — RAK Porcelain Culinary World Cup, one of the most prestigious culinary competitions in the world, with chefs from more than 50 countries.

I take part with the team of the G.I.D.E. Association. It is a chance to represent my experience, test my limits and show that performance is built through dedication and perseverance.

Performance is built through dedication, perseverance and the constant wish to become better.

I will share here what the preparations look like and, above all, how the competition went.
